Senior Software Developer

Finsoft S.A. (www.finsoft.lu) develops and maintains software to support the Investment Fund Industry.
A small but agile company with a strong product set and client base.

Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Software developer to join the team developing robust and innovative solutions. We develop solution based on the Microsoft stack with a web UI.

We are in the process of developing a new solution and updating existing packages and the new candidate will be an integral part of this process.

Must have

• Degree or Masters in relevant technical discipline
• Proven experience in software development – min 4 years
• Enthusiasm for technology
• Team spirit – open to receiving and providing knowledge
• Fluent in English (any other language would be considered as an asset)
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Technologies (mainly .NET framework, IIS)
• Strong Knowledge of Relational Databases
• Adaptability between different Agile methodologies

An advantage

• Some knowledge in the areas of finance or the fund industry but mostly eager to understand the business problems
• SPA, Angular 2+, MVC, Rest API’s……
• MS SQL Server – T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS
• Some exposure to BI / dashboards / reporting / data warehousing
• Experience in working with / designing services / Event sourced architecture
