Counters
The Dashboard in FSO provides a comprehensive view of open and upcoming items:
Counters exist for:
– pending screening reviews
– pending approvals
– open workflows
By clicking on the number the user will be guided to the list of stake holders the counter is referring to. As one stakeholder my have multiple open workflows, pending approvals etc, the list will for example not show 8 stakeholders if one stakeholder has 3 pending reviews.
Stakeholder Risk
The stakeholder portlet refers to the risk ratings available per role. The users can select in the dropdown for which role he wants to see the risk ratings. Only one type of rule can be selected at a time.
Upcoming workflow
The upcoming workflow portlet shows the number of workflows scheduled over time. By mouseover on the bar the exact number of workflows appear:
